# Set up callback URL

**Available to roles (Roles determine what each user can see and do in the portal.):**

As part of the integration process, you need to set up an HTTPS webhook endpoint where CryptoProcessing can send [callbacks](https://docs.ca.cryptoprocessing.com/api-reference/callbacks/callbacks-overview.md). After you create the endpoint, register it in CryptoProcessing.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Keep a Master API key active to receive callbacks. CryptoProcessing does not send or queue callbacks while no Master key is active.

## Set up callback URL

**1. In your portal, go to Settings and switch to the Callbacks tab.**

**2. Click Set up URL.**

**3. Specify the URL of your webhook endpoint.**

Your webhook URL must use HTTPS, use a domain name, and be considered safe by VirusTotal and similar scanners.

**4. Enter your 2FA code and click Set up URL.**

> [!TIP]
>
> For additional security, you can whitelist the CryptoProcessing IP addresses used for callback delivery. Contact Support for the current list of IP addresses.

## FAQ

### Can I add more than one callback URL?

No. You can only add one callback URL per merchant account. Setting up a new URL replaces the existing one.
