# Withdraw from your fiat balance

**Available to roles (Roles determine what each user can see and do in the portal.):**

**Step 1**

In the **Balances** tab of your portal, select a fiat currency.

**Step 2**

Click **Withdrawal**.

**Step 3**

Select your bank account and enter the amount you want to withdraw.

**Step 4**

Enter your 2FA code and click **Submit**.

>
> If you have not previously provided a BRL (bank reference letter), it will need to be submitted before your first withdrawal can be processed. Your account manager will reach out with more information.
